POEM:

Woman Be Healthy
(Base on women health monologue)

Only You Can! (yes!)
You can keep hiding in this shadow
or you can face the light and glow
you can die in this misery
or you can live to be happy
you can cry a river, “My Lady”
or you can stand and let all be
you can dream of nothing, “Nothing” you will be
or you can rise and be all you can be.

E lucha;
Mi reina , mi Diosa,
Ni con bo grita i sapatia,
Pa locura, lo bo ser invitá
Pa kompañá “Shon Melancolía”
purba, bira lomba pa tur miseria
lanta, stop di neglishá bo persona
“Mi ta un alma special”, lage’l zona
Mira bo cara, expresa bo curpa, esta bunita

You Are;
the sun is rising in your eyes
the stars are shining of your smiles
there are progress at your feet
there are protest in your defeats
Domestic violence got you ill
Political asylum have you mill
Geographical wars kill your creations
Economic crisis misled your nations
Please, hug me; hug me and tell me
yell it to world “A woman love is free”
Wees gezond, laat jezelf gelden
Neem controle over je positieve gedachten,
(je lichaam zal volgen) ...pssst! kom kijken
De wereld wacht op U, grijp je kans, “Het is je recht."

To be;
to be healthy / is an act of bravery
discover yourself and be healthy again
erase it all / the past and the marks of slavery
rebel and wave goodbye to Mrs. & Mr. Pain
Get ready, get ready woman
Love and free your soul
God have made you “The Queen of The World”
Therefore you shall be the mother of men.
